CleanBoost Treatments

CleanBoost is designed to control asphaltenes in diesel fuel to provide a super-clean fuel while improving fuel. CleanBoost ensures condition monitoring and helps the engine run cooler. With today's 15ppm fuel, the components fail every day, causing thousands in repair and stranded vehicles and equipment with significant downtime issues.

 

CleanBoost diesel fuel additive has been tested for increased lubricity in today's ULSD fuels. ASTM D-6079 shows a considerable reduction in friction over diesel alone, which in return will increase the life of fuel system components and engine life. Our products are manufactured under the ISO 9001:20015 standards.

Biodegradable Fuel Treatments

Diesel Fuel Treatment has been tested with both Herguth Labs and Southwest Research Institute to show the lubricity improvement over regular #1 and #2 diesel fuels. Utilizing wear scar and load rates, CleanBoost was proven to increase lubricity by over 50% in most cases.


So why use CleanBoost Diesel Additives? Several benefits flow from this improved combustion efficiency, including reduced soot formation, reduced maintenance requirements, and downsized engine and exhaust temperatures. Engines with retrofit DECS are prone to several operating problems, including increased downtime and maintenance costs, higher fuel consumption, and even higher NOx emissions.
