Clean, Easy and Portable
Roilgard provides a range of robust and user-friendly fluid filter carts that effectively treat fluids and eliminate suspended particles, ensuring superior cleanliness. By filtering various working fluids, such as hydraulic, transmission, and crankcase oil, our technology enables you to cut down on fluid replacement and disposal expenses, along with reducing labor costs by minimizing fluid changes.
About Roilgard Transfer Systems (Filter Carts)
Roilgard designs and manufactures cost-effective filtration systems that effectively extract foreign solids, organic impurities, moisture, and oil from diverse chemical solutions. Our corrosion-resistant systems feature a blend of compatible components tailored to the application's requirements, ensuring durability both internally and externally. The proper use of our equipment can:
-
Reduce liquid usage by recycling
-
Reduce storage space required for replacement and disposal of liquids
-
Reduce disposal costs
-
Reduce labor by using automated treatment
-
Reduce downtime for repairs and maintenance by removing contaminants thus increasing production
Implementing our filtration equipment provides numerous benefits, including reducing liquid usage through recycling, decreasing the storage space necessary for liquid disposal and replacement, cutting disposal costs, and minimizing labor through automated treatment. By eliminating contaminants, our equipment reduces downtime and repair costs, improving overall production. Our two-wheeled and four-wheeled filter carts, namely the tray-type BPP two-wheeled carts and the platform-based four-wheeled carts, come with optional features that perform specific functions.
By utilizing different filter elements, fluids are kept at optimal cleanliness levels, ensuring increased fluid life and efficiency. It is recommended to filter the system long enough for at least four passes of the total volume. To determine the required cleaning time, divide the flow rate by the liquid's volume. For larger reservoirs or holding tanks, a stationary unit is recommended for continuous filtration. Invest in Roilgard's exceptional fluid management program and enjoy years of trouble-free service and exceptional results.
